Sample Meals:
Breakfast (7:30am) - Protein Smoothie w/coconut oil (see Breakfast Smoothie on the Recipe page) *Avoid getting bored by changing the fruit in your smoothie
Lunch (11:30am) - (A) 1 cup of quinoa, small spinach/arugula salad, and 1 apple with 2tbsp of cashew butter (B) 1 cup of brown rice with 2 cups of sautéed veggies over it, 1 pear (C) 4-6 oz piece of salmon with sautéed veggies, 1/2 cup of pineapple (D) 1 chicken breast, large spinach salad
Snack (3:30pm) - (A) 2 carrots with hummus (B) a handful of almonds or walnuts (C) 1 cup chopped cucumber and red onion with vinegar (D) kale chips
Dinner (7:00pm) - 1-2 cups of a 'veggie' soup, 1 cup sautéed veggies, *Add 1/2 an avocado if you workout a lot or need a few more 'good' calories
